CABLEline ultraflexible cables and wires

 

The CABLEline family offers twisted wires of maximum flexibility with super-fine elementary fibres 
(from Ć0,05 mm), with different flexible and resistant insulations (PVC, silicone, 
TPE etc.). 
The cross-section range of the wires ranges from 
0,1 mm2 to 300 mm2.

 

Flexivolt-E
with Thin-Walled Insulation Flexivolt®-E
Highly flexible base-insulated stranded wire. Super-fine wire, oxygen-free
Cu strand, bright-soft, tightly twisted.
Typical Application: Internal wiring of mobile components under moderate
mechanical stress. Highly flexible connecting leads for low-voltage
applications in the laboratory field.

 

Silivolt-E
Multistrand Wires with Thin-Walled Insulation Silivolt®-E
Highly flexible base-insulated stranded wire. Super-fine wire, oxygen-free
Cu strand, bright-soft, tightly twisted.  Types ... SN with tinned wire
strands.
Typical Application: Internal wiring of very mobile components and
assemblies under high thermal stress.  Super flexible connecting leads
for low-voltage applications in the laboratory field.

 

Teflibor-E
Multistrand Wires with Thin-Walled Insulation Teflibor®-E
Flexible, thinly insulated stranded wire.  Super-fine wire, oxygen-free Cu
strand, bright-soft, tightly twisted.  Teflon®-insulated leads are
characterised by their all-round robustness:  They resist crushing,
notching, frost, acids and heat.
Typical Application: Wiring in environments with extreme mechanical,
thermal and chemical loads.

 

Flexivolt-1V
Multistrand Wires with Reinforced Insulation Flexivolt®-1V
Highly fexible, reinforced insulated stranded wire. Super-fine wire,
oxygenfree Cu strand, bright-soft, tightly twisted.
Typical Application: Manufacture of test leads and external wiring of
movable elements.

 

Flexiplast-1V
Multistrand Wires with Reinforced Insulation Flexiplast®-1V
Highly fexible, reinforced insulated stranded wire. Super-fine wire, o
xygen-free Cu strand, bright-soft, tightly twisted.
Typical Application: Manufacture of test leads and external wiring of

Silivolt-1V
Multistrand Wires with Reinforced Insulation Silivolt®-1V
Super flexible, reinforced insulated stranded wire.  Super-fine wire,
oxygen-free Cu strand, bright-soft, tightly twisted.

Typical Application: Hand-held test leads.

Multistrand Wires with Doublelayer, Reinforced Insulation Flexivolt®-2V
Highly flexible stranded wire with reinforced, double-layer insulation
(inside neutral, outside coloured).  Super-fine wire, oxygenfree Cu strand,
bright-soft, tightly twisted.
Typical Application: Manufacture of test leads for maximum safety
requirements.

 

Flexiplast-2V
Multistrand Wires with Doublelayer, Reinforced Insulation Flexiplast®-2V
Highly flexible stranded wire with reinforced, double-layer insulation
(inside neutral, outside coloured).  Super-fine wire, oxygenfree Cu strand,
bright-soft, tightly twisted.
Typical Application: Hand-held test leads for maximum safety
requirements by normal thermal stress.  Due to the very high insulation
resistance, TPE insulated test leads are excellently suited for measuring
high resistances.

 

Silivolt-2V

High Current Wires Flexistrom®
Highly fexible, reinforced insulated stranded wire. Super-fine wire,
oxygenfree strand, bright-soft, tightly twisted.
Typical Application: Current feeds and earth/ground wires in machine,
plant and accumulator construction. Safety test leads carrying high
currents.

 

Silistrom
High Current Wires Silistrom®
Super flexible, reinforced insulated stranded wire.  Super-fine wire,
oxygen-free Cu strand, bright-soft, tightly twisted.
Typical Application: High-current connections in mechanical engineering,

High Current Wires Soflex
Highly flexible, reinforced insulated stranded wire. Fine-wire Cu strand.
Typical Application: High current wiring for moderate thermal and
mechanical stress.

 

HO7RN-F
High Current Wires H07RN-F
Highly flexible stranded wire, double-layer, rubber-like insulation,
fine-wire Cu strand.
Typical Application: Used outdoors to conduct higher currents in the
low-voltage range.

 

RG58-PVC
Shielded Wires RG58-PVC
Shielded, highly flexible coaxial cable (standard RG58).  Inner core and
shield mesh in tinned copper.  Core insulation PE, outer insulation soft
PVC in various colours.
Typical Application: Assembly with BNC connectors for use as
interconnection leads in high frequency engineering.

 

Shielded Wires RG58-PVC
Shielded, highly flexible coaxial cable (standard RG58).  Inner core and
shield mesh in tinned copper.  Core insulation PE, outer insulation soft
PVC in various colours.
Typical Application: Assembly with BNC connectors for use as

Silischirm
Shielded Wires Silischirm
Shielded, ultra-flexible coaxial cable.  Inner core stranded Cu, shield Cu
mesh.  Core insulation and outer insulation silicone with high temperature
resistance.  Available in various colours.
Typical Application: Assembly with BNC connectors for use as
interconnection leads in high frequency engineering.

 

Teflipuls / Silipuls
Leads for Medical Applications
Pulse Transmission Wires Teflipuls / Silipuls®
Thinly insulated, fine-stranded flexible leads.  Corrosion-resistant
stainless steel multi-strand wire (Cr-Ni) with high breaking strength.
Dependable contact in mechanical connection by screwing, clipping,
crimping.  Not suitable for soldered connection. Various insulating
materials.
Typical Application: Pulse transmission, e.g. in medical technology,
space-saving wiring.

 

FLEXI-S / POAG-HK
Leads for Medical Applications
Potential Equilization FLEXI-S / POAG-HK
Highly fexible, reinforced insulated stranded wire.  Green-yellow
insulation with helical green stripe.  Super-fine wire, oxygen-free strand,
bright-soft, tightly twisted.
Typical Application: Potential equilization, e.g. in the medical engineering

High Voltage Wires HK18-H / Flexivolt®-HV
Highly fexible, reinforced insulated stranded wire.  Super-fine wire,

twisted.  Flexivolt®-HV with double-layer Insulation (inside neutral,

Special Wires for Photovoltaic Systems FLEX-SOL
Single-pole, double insulated solar cable (halogen-free).  Fine-wire Cu
strand, tinned. VDE-tested.
Typical Application: Connecting leads for photovoltaic systems. For indoor
 and outdoor installation.  In combination with the MC plug connector
system for photovoltaics (PV): Assembly of connecting leads for
time-saving cabling of PV modules.

 

SILI-ZW / FLEXI-ZW / PLAST-ZW
Twin Wires SILI-ZW / FLEXI-ZW / PLAST-ZW
Twin wires with single coloured insulated wires in a black jacket.
Super-fine wire, oxygen-free Cu strand, bright-soft, tightly twisted.
Insulations in silicone, PVC or TPE.
Typical Application: Highly flexible, two-pole test leads.
